It’s hard to imagine delivering our services to clients without Xero. It allows us to connect with them on a day-to-day basis and really get to know their business. So much so, that we strongly persuade everyone joining us to use this beautiful accounting technology. It is definitely the best solution all round in our eyes.
Xero makes us efficient through far better data collection. Tools such as Receipt Bank, Xero Ask and bank feeds make life so much easier. Love My Business Service – Xero is fundamental for us to provide our cost-effective advisory service. We can quickly access information and explain how a client’s business is doing, often leading to profit and cash improvement solutions. Our clients attend Quarterly Advisory meetings where we focus on business performance and goals.
Linking Xero with Spotlight Reporting helps us to provide easy-to-digest financial information. A great example of how well this works was when the MD of a £1M business said ‘I don’t understand the numbers, I’m just a tradesman’. Then at 4am he emailed saying ‘I’ve got it, increasing gross margin by 2% gives me an extra £60k profit!’ We love these Eureka moments!
